Comes as pictured with a fitted leather Wm. Metford marked box. Gross weight of assembled watch 65.4 dwt (101.7 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, good repeat function and tone aside from some sluggishness of progression at times, excellent-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, small surface pecks around stem detent screw position, some typical short micro-fine scratches elsewhere; nearly flawless dial with small surface scratch and fine scratch at edge outside 9, micro-fine scratch near 2; nearly mint hands; case shows medium wear, few pinpoint nicks, no dents or dings, reduced engine turning detail with full loss through shoulders, case rear opens a bit short of 90 degrees (to approximately 80 degrees); tight bow, crown shows light wear; front glass crystal with scattered fine scratches, flake at lower edge; good glass mvt observation crystal; box shows medium wear, scratches and ample areas of scrape to exterior, button latch good.
